Dr. Mario Roccuzzo graduated with honors in Dentistry from the University of Turin and completed advanced training in Periodontology at the University of Siena. He is Adjunct Professor in the Division of Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Torino, lecturer in the EFP Post-Graduate Program in Turin and in Master’s programs at several universities. He is Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Periodontics and Oral Medicine, University of Michigan, USA. An active member of SIdP, member of the Osteology Expert Council and ITI Honorary Fellow, he has lectured internationally in more than 50 countries. He serves as reviewer and editorial board member for leading scientific journals and has received several international awards. He works in private practice in Turin, with activity limited to periodontology and implant dentistry. He is co-author of the book “Peri-Implant Soft-Tissue Integration and Management”.
