He graduated cum laude in Dentistry in 2005. In 2010, he obtained a second-level Master's degree in Periodontology from the University of Siena. He has been an active member of the Italian Society of Periodontology and Implantology (SIdP) since 2011. He is the author, along with Prof. G. Zucchelli, of the book “ Mucogingival esthetic surgery around implants”. He collaborates in research and clinical activities with Prof. G. Zucchelli and with Prof. M. Stefanini at the Periodontology Department of the University of Bologna. He is a tutor and adjunct professor for the second-level Master's in “Periodontology and Clinical Implantology” and tutor of the International second-level Master's in “Soft Tissue Management Around Teeth and Implants” at the University of Bologna. He is an adjunct professor in the Dental Hygiene degree program at Bologna University. He is the author of scientific publications in national and international journals and a speaker at courses and congresses.
